# Sub-Processors Canonical page: https://fuser.studio/legal/sub-processors The service providers Fuser uses to operate the Service, and what each one does. Fuser uses the third-party service providers listed below ("sub-processors") to operate the Service. We group them as follows: - **Required infrastructure** — always involved in running the Service. - **AI model providers** — process your prompts and media when you run AI features, and thumbnails of files you upload or generate for automatic tags and descriptions. - **Advertising and attribution partners** — receive data only as your cookie choices allow (see our [Cookie Policy](https://fuser.studio/legal/cookies)). All sub-processors are bound by agreements that restrict their use of your data to providing their service to us, consistent with our [Terms of Service](https://fuser.studio/legal/terms) and [Data Processing Agreement](https://fuser.studio/legal/dpa). Consistent with our no-training commitment, **we do not permit AI model providers we engage to use your content to train their models.** If you connect your own API key for a provider, that provider processes your requests under your own agreement with it. ## Changes to This List When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page at least **14 days before** the new sub-processor processes customer personal data (except where an emergency replacement is necessary to maintain the Service, in which case we will update this page as soon as reasonably possible). Customers with an executed [Data Processing Agreement](https://fuser.studio/legal/dpa) may subscribe to change notifications and object to new sub-processors as described there. To subscribe, email legal@fuser.studio with the subject "Sub-processor notifications." "Location" indicates the country where the provider is established and primarily processes data; providers operating global networks may process data in other regions for performance and availability. ## Required Infrastructure - **Cloudflare** (USA, global network) — Application hosting, compute, storage, and content delivery; AI request routing; media processing; voice calls; bot protection; tag management; support-email routing and triage. - **Supabase** (USA, AWS US East) — Database hosting and file storage. - **Stripe** (USA) — Payment processing and subscription billing. - **Resend** (USA) — Transactional and marketing email. - **Loops** (USA) — Marketing email (being retired). - **Google** (USA) — Sign in with Google; support mailbox. - **ClickUp** (USA) — Customer support and bug-report tracking. - **Grafana Labs** (USA) — Logging, tracing, and alerting. - **PostHog** (USA) — Product analytics, session replay, error tracking. - **Sentry** (USA) — Error tracking, performance monitoring, session replay. - **GetIPIntel** (USA) — IP-reputation checks at signup (fraud and abuse prevention). ## AI Model Providers Aggregators route requests to upstream models on our behalf. - **fal.ai** (USA) — AI model aggregator (image, video, audio, and 3D models); custom Style training you request. - **OpenRouter** (USA) — AI model aggregator (language and vision models), including the automatic tagging and description of files. - **OpenAI** (USA) — Language and image models; content moderation for some video models. - **Anthropic** (USA) — Language models. - **Google (Gemini / Vertex AI)** (USA, global) — Language, image, and video models; asset-search expansion. - **Runway** (USA) — Video models. - **Mistral AI** (France) — Language models. - **Cohere** (Canada) — Language models. - **Groq** (USA) — Language model inference. - **DeepSeek** (China) — Language models. - **Perplexity** (USA) — Search-augmented language models. - **SerpAPI, Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay** (USA, Canada, Germany) — Image search for AI features (search terms only). Some generations routed through aggregators are fulfilled by the upstream model vendor you select in the Service (for example, video or image models from third-party labs, some of which are based outside the United States, including in China). The model you are using is always identified in the Service at the point of use. ## Advertising and Attribution Partners These partners receive data only with your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and elsewhere until you opt out (including through Global Privacy Control). See our [Privacy Policy](https://fuser.studio/legal/privacy) and [Cookie Policy](https://fuser.studio/legal/cookies). - **Google (Analytics 4, Ads)** (USA) — Web analytics and ad conversion measurement. - **Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X** (Various) — Ad conversion measurement. - **Dub** (USA) — Referral and partner attribution. - **Apollo.io** (USA) — Identifying the company of visitors to our marketing site. ## Questions For questions about this list or our data-protection practices, contact legal@fuser.studio.
