Our flagship product is a collaborative canvas for working across text, image, video, audio, and 3D, powered by the latest AI models.

We’re a small team in Los Angeles designing the future of creative software: joyful, intuitive, and powerful tools for real-world storytelling and production.

Why You’re Here

You’ll be Fuser’s first dedicated Head of Growth & Marketing, shaping how people discover, understand, and fall in love with our product. You’ll design systems that connect storytelling, data, and community engagement into one growth engine.

Every user matters. Each story, each project, each creative act contributes to Fuser’s growth. You’ll engage directly with users, activate trends, and build programming that helps them see the value in their own creative process.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute growth funnels that drive activation, engagement, and retention

  • Build integrated campaigns across social, email, PR, and partnerships

  • Engage directly with users and creators — learn what inspires them, and amplify their work

  • Develop creative programming, features, and events that encourage users to create with Fuser

  • Activate cultural moments and trends that align with the brand’s creative pulse

  • Manage and allocate budgets across paid and organic channels

  • Drive press outreach and external communications that position Fuser in the creative tech space

  • Use analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics) to translate data into strategy and storytelling

  • Build early marketing infrastructure and automate growth workflows

  • Collaborate across product, design, and community to align launches and messaging

Must-Have Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or brand strategy roles

  • Hands-on operator — comfortable executing campaigns end-to-end

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance metrics

  • Familiar with PostHog, Google Analytics, automation tools (Make, Zapier, HubSpot)

  • Proven ability to connect with users and press — thoughtful, responsive, and charismatic

  • Deep understanding of creative and community-driven products

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and small teams

Nice-to-Have Competencies

  • Fluency in other languages

  • Background in creative tech, design tools, or AI-driven products

  • Teaching, facilitation, or mentorship experience

  • Experience building ambassador, referral, or influencer programs

  • Project management experience or creative direction background

  • Sharp cultural intuition — can identify trends and turn them into opportunities

Compensation & Conversion

  • $90K–$140K USD + meaningful equity (depending on experience and zone)

  • 3-week paid scoped pilot before full-time start

  • Signing bonus upon conversion to full-time
