COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Last Updated: September 25, 2025

Fuser is an open-ended creative platform adaptable to different needs, styles, and forms of expression. There's no single correct way to use Fuser, nor to be a part of its community. These guidelines are intended to protect Fuser members from harmful behavior without undue restrictions on the types of content and creative work allowed on the platform.

Whether you're generating AI art, building complex workflows, collaborating on projects, or experimenting with new forms of media, we want Fuser to be a space where creators can explore, learn, and share freely while respecting one another.

We encourage community members to share tips, tutorials, showcase their work, and help newcomers learn the platform. See our Terms of Service for more detailed legal clarification of content and use violations.

Please contact support@fuser.studio to report rule-breaking behavior to our team.

Members are welcome to suggest policy changes and improvements to these guidelines.

  • Defamation or knowingly false statements intended to harm others
  • Copyright infringement (including using copyrighted material without permission in AI training or generation)
  • Violent or sexually suggestive content involving minors
  • Gore and violent mutilation of any kind
  • Spam or advertising including:
    • Bulk uploading of low-quality or repetitive content
    • Using Fuser solely for promoting a business without creative contribution
    • Excessive solicitation or commercial transactions
    • Mass-generated content intended primarily for SEO or promotional purposes
    • Links to phishing, malware, or scam sites
  • Malicious use of AI generation including:
    • Creating deepfakes of real people without consent
    • Generating content designed to deceive or defraud
    • Creating fake news, disinformation, or propaganda

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

  • Harassment - Includes emotional abuse, coercion, sustained and/or graphic sexual advances, stalking, or threats of any kind

  • Hate speech and discrimination - Includes speech, slurs, imagery, symbolism, or AI-generated content intended to promote violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, sexuality, gender identity, religion, ethnic or national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic

  • Incitement - Includes threats of harm, celebration or promotion of violence, incitement or participation in bullying, brigading, or mobbing on or outside Fuser

  • Posting personal information or private content without consent - Including using AI to generate content based on private or personal information about others

  • Circumventing platform limitations - Including attempts to bypass content filters, usage limits, or safety features

Note on Research and Archival Content: Content collected for research, educational, or archival purposes that may contain problematic material should be accompanied by appropriate context and disclaimers.

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) CONTENT

We trust our community's creative judgment and don't ban graphic or adult content when it serves legitimate artistic or creative purposes. Projects, workflows, or generated content that contain sexually explicit material or graphic violence should be marked as NSFW.

Keep in mind that many people use Fuser in professional settings, and mark as NSFW anything you think would be inappropriate in a public workspace.

Prohibited adult content:

  • Involuntary pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Depictions of sexual violence
  • Sexual content involving or depicting minors
  • AI-generated sexual content of real people without consent

Content marked NSFW will be hidden from public discovery features and will not be visible to users who have chosen to hide NSFW content in their settings. When we identify NSFW content in public projects, we will either ask the creator to mark it appropriately or do so ourselves.

AI AND GENERATED CONTENT GUIDELINES

Since Fuser is built around AI-powered creation, we have specific guidelines for responsible AI use:

Encouraged practices:

  • Experimenting with creative AI applications
  • Sharing techniques, prompts, and workflows with the community
  • Using AI as a tool to enhance your creative process
  • Giving credit to AI tools and models when sharing work

Responsible AI use:

  • Be transparent about AI-generated content when sharing publicly
  • Respect the rights and dignity of real people in your generations
  • Avoid generating content that could cause harm or spread misinformation
  • Follow the terms of service of underlying AI providers
  • Consider the ethical implications of your creative choices

MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Depending on the situation and whether a user has previously violated our terms or guidelines, the Fuser team may:

  • Ask you to modify content, add appropriate context, or mark a project as NSFW
  • Mark projects as NSFW ourselves
  • Remove offending content from Fuser
  • Temporarily limit account features (e.g., AI generation, public sharing)
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your account

Appeals Process: If you believe your project has been unfairly marked as NSFW, your account has been unfairly restricted, or your content erroneously removed, you may contact support@fuser.studio to appeal our decision.

We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days and will provide clear reasoning for our decisions.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DMCA Compliance: A proper DMCA notice must be filed for any copyright-related moderating actions to take place. When a complaint is filed, the content in question will be assessed and, if found to violate DMCA protections, removed. Users who uploaded the content will be provided with information about the complaint and will have the opportunity to file a DMCA counter-notice.

AI and Copyright: When using AI generation features:

  • Ensure you have rights to any source material you're using
  • Be aware that AI-generated content may inadvertently incorporate copyrighted elements
  • Consider fair use principles when creating derivative or transformative works
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of other creators in the community

REPORTING AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT

How to report issues:

  • Use the report function on any content or profile
  • Email detailed reports to support@fuser.studio
  • For urgent safety concerns, mark your message as "URGENT"

What to include in reports:

  • Direct links to the problematic content or behavior
  • Clear description of the issue and which guidelines it violates

Community self-moderation: We encourage community members to:

  • Share knowledge and help newcomers learn the platform
  • Provide constructive feedback on creative work
  • Report genuine policy violations rather than content you simply dislike
  • Engage respectfully with creators whose work differs from your style
