Fuser Technologies, Inc. ("Fuser," "we," "our," or "us") knows you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Fuser website, application, or API (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies described here.

1. WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

Billing Information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, we collect billing information, which is processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Generated Content: The Service allows you to generate, upload, and organize creative content, including text, images, audio, video, 3D models, and other media ("User Submissions"). Depending on your settings, this content may be visible to other users of the Service or the public.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with the Service, we may automatically collect:

Log data (IP address, browser type, operating system)
Usage metrics (e.g., actions taken, nodes created, workflows built, edits, uploads, invites)
Device information

This data is typically anonymous and helps us analyze trends, improve the Service, and keep the platform secure.

c. Information from Third Parties

If you choose to connect external accounts (e.g., API keys, integrations with external services), we may collect limited connection metadata. We do not share your Fuser data with those services unless explicitly authorized.

3. AI TRAINING AND YOUR DATA

We do not use your data to train AI models. Specifically:

User Submissions: Your generated content, projects, workflows, and creative assets are never used to train, improve, or develop AI models or machine learning systems.
Personal Information: Your account details, usage patterns, and personal data are not used for AI training purposes.
Third-Party AI Services: When you use AI features within Fuser, we may send your prompts to external AI providers (like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to generate content for you. However, we configure these services to not use your data for their own training when possible, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Analytics Only: We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve Fuser's user experience and platform performance, but never to train AI models.

Your creative work belongs to you, and we're committed to keeping it that way.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Correction: Update or correct personal data that is inaccurate.
Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request removal of your personal data and account.
Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, plain-text format.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn a user is under 13, we will remove their account and associated personal data.

Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
Enable you to generate, store, and share multimodal content.
Process payments for subscriptions or credits.
Protect the security and integrity of the Service.

7. WILL FUSER SHARE ANY OF THE INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information. We may share information in limited cases:

User Submissions: Depending on your sharing settings, generated content may be visible to other users or publicly accessible.
Service Providers: We use trusted third parties (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for storage) to help us provide the Service. They only access your data as necessary.

8. CONDITIONS OF USE

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES/SERVICES
