Why You’re Here
As an Experimental / Creative Design Intern, you’ll explore the edge between design, technology, and storytelling. You’ll use Fuser to create experimental workflows, generative visuals, and prototypes that reveal what AI-native creativity can look like.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Design & Solutions Architect, the Head of Growth & Marketing, and the Product Team to translate experiments into tangible storytelling, tutorials, and showcases for the Fuser community. You’ll be encouraged to experiment — using Fuser itself to generate assets, workflows, and visual ideas that inform our evolving brand.
What You’ll Do
Prototype new visual ideas using Fuser, AI models, and generative software
Create tutorials, experiments, and showcases that demonstrate Fuser workflows
Develop creative prompts, templates, or assets for the community
Collaborate on visual R&D for product features or educational content
Contribute to the narrative of Fuser as a creative platform
Present experiments during weekly reviews and document your process
Must-Have Competencies
Proficiency in Figma and experience with at least one of: Blender, Houdini, Runway, TouchDesigner, p5.js, or HTML/CSS/JS
Interest in generative art, AI, and creative coding
Curiosity about human–machine collaboration and design systems
Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
Organized, self-directed, and eager to learn
Nice-to-Have Competencies
Experience integrating APIs or AI models into creative projects
Background in animation, 3D, or interaction design
Comfort sharing process publicly through tutorials or posts
Desire to teach or document creative workflows

Compensation & Duration
$18–$20/hr, part-time (15–20 hours per week)
$500/month in Fuser generation credits
6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion
Flexible schedule and weekly mentorship

Interview & Portfolio Review – Present 2–3 projects and walk through your process.
Creative Prompt (Optional) – Use Fuser to remix or create a short motion piece.
