Privacy FAQ

June 11, 2026

These are the questions we hear most from professionals, studios, and IT teams evaluating Fuser for business use. The contractual versions of these commitments live in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement; this page is the plain-language summary.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Fuser does not train AI models on your content, and we do not permit the third-party AI providers we use to include your content in their training data. This is a contractual commitment in our Terms of Service, not just a policy statement. Every AI provider we route generations to is listed on our Sub-Processors page, and our agreements with them restrict use of your data to serving your requests.

Who can see my projects?

Your projects are private by default. They become visible to others only through the sharing settings you (or your Organization's admins, for team workspaces) control — invited collaborators, your team, or the public if you choose to publish. Internally, Fuser treats your non-public content as confidential: employee access is restricted to what's needed to operate, secure, and support the Service, under confidentiality obligations. That commitment is contractual — see the Confidentiality section of our Terms of Service.

Who owns what I make in Fuser?

You do. You own what you upload, and as between you and Fuser, you own all rights in AI-generated output — our Terms include an express assignment to you of any rights Fuser might have in it. Output may additionally be subject to the underlying model provider's terms and to applicable law (the copyright status of AI-generated work varies by jurisdiction).

Can I use what I make commercially?

Yes, in accordance with your plan. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to your source material and that your use of outputs doesn't infringe third-party rights (see the next question).

What are the risks of importing media from the web?

Content sourced from the internet carries intellectual-property risk, and you are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. As a rule of thumb:

  • Lower risk: moodboards, composition references, color palettes, loose stylistic inspiration.
  • Higher risk: minor modifications of existing copyrighted images; extending or recreating someone else's photo or artwork; using a real person's likeness without consent.

When in doubt, use licensed or original material.

Do you offer indemnification?

We do not currently offer a blanket indemnity for AI-generated output — candidly, almost no one in this industry does, and we'd rather tell you that directly than bury it. Some upstream model providers offer their own output indemnities under their terms. Enterprise customers can discuss specific indemnification and liability terms as part of a master agreement: legal@fuser.studio.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

SOC 2 verification is currently in progress. In the meantime, our security posture today: the Service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and customer data isolation; access to customer content is restricted to personnel who need it under confidentiality obligations. If SOC 2 is a requirement for your procurement, contact legal@fuser.studio — we can share our current security documentation and audit timeline under NDA.

Do you support SSO?

Google sign-in is available to all users today. Enterprise SSO (SAML) is coming soon. If your organization requires it, contact us at support@fuser.studio and we'll share timelines and notify you when it's available.

How do teams and permissions work?

Fuser Organizations follow a hierarchy: organization → teams → folders → projects. Admins manage members and roles; access flows down the hierarchy, so you can scope a collaborator to a single team or folder without exposing the rest of the workspace. Members' personal projects outside the Organization stay personal — admins don't get access to them. When a member leaves, the Organization keeps the content in its workspaces.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. Our Data Processing Agreement covers GDPR/UK GDPR and US state privacy law requirements, including breach notification, sub-processor change notifications with an objection right, audit support, and Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. Organizations on Team and Enterprise plans can execute it by emailing legal@fuser.studio.

What support comes with a paid plan?

All users can reach support@fuser.studio. Paying subscribers get priority email support. Team and Enterprise organizations get a dedicated Slack channel with the Fuser team and a 24-hour first-response target on business days. Enterprise customers can negotiate additional support commitments contractually.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can export your projects using the Service's export features at any time, and delete your account from account settings. After a paid account is terminated, we keep your content available for export for 30 days on request, then delete it in the ordinary course. Deletion requests can also be sent to privacy@fuser.studio — see the Your Rights section of our Privacy Policy.

Where is my data stored?

Fuser runs on Cloudflare's global network, with primary data storage in the United States. The location of every service provider that touches your data is listed on the Sub-Processors page. For EEA/UK customers, international transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under our DPA.
